Healing Yesterday Counseling offers online therapy for adults (18+) in California. I support clients facing anxiety, grief, cultural adjustment, and major life transitions. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and guided by two evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
1. Anxiety and Chronic Stress
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, or a constant sense of tension. It may feel like you’re doing everything “right” but still can’t relax. Therapy provides tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded in daily life.
