Transparent and Accessible Care

I believe in making therapy clear and approachable—starting with the cost. Therapy is a time and financial commitment. Below, you’ll find straightforward information about session length, payment, and how to get started. If you have questions don’t hesitate to reach out.

Session Fee

$160 for a 50 minute standard psychotherapy session

$200 for a 75 minute EMDR session

Session Details

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, HSA/FSA
  • Individual telehealth sessions for adults (18+) in California

Insurance

I currently do not accept insurance directly.
However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
It’s best to contact your insurance company to ask:

  • Do you cover out-of-network therapy?
  • What is the reimbursement rate?
  • Do I need prior authorization?

Payment & Cancellation

Cancellations require at least a 24 hours’ notice

$

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee

$

After 15 minutes of no-show the session will be considered a late cancellation

$

Payment is securely processed through the client portal
